Organization + Executive Coaching

Businesses and Corporations function much like a family; individuals can easily misunderstand one another and take things personally which, left unchecked will result in increased absenteeism, low morale, and low productivity.

It has been shown that organizations run smoothly when individuals understand the importance of state of mind. Managers and supervisors are capable of bringing out the best, or the worst in their employees.

Learning about the 3 principles has allowed me to find a whole new way of seeing and dealing with difficult parts/people in my life. Recognizing that my “thoughts” were sometimes getting in the way of finding the answers to the difficulties in my life was incredible. The concept of innate health is so simple and yet so elusive for many people and the 3 principles opened the door to a sense of calm and wisdom that I never knew was there!

Our goal in Organization and Executive Coaching is to help individuals and teams function at higher levels of well-being and efficacy.

Employees with high levels of mental health and resiliency are more:

  • Creative

  • Responsive

  • Productive

  • Collaborative

Our organization and executive coaching program is based on the three Universal Principles discovered by Sydney Banks which will effectively lead you, as individuals, to your innate health and wisdom.

We will assist you with problem assessment. Then through small group seminars and workshops, you will address the problems and resolve them, and finally be guided through the process of implementation and follow-through. All programs are tailor-made to the needs of the particular organization. We offer a free assessment to pinpoint weaknesses within your organization and suggestions for overcoming them. You can choose between small group, leadership, and proficient team-building retreats.

Organization Retreats consist of four days where you focus on your process as a group, without the usual distractions from everyday life. We will meet for one to four hours each day, depending on what your needs are. In between this time, you will be offered appropriate resources such as video tapes, audio tapes, and books to further your understanding of what you are learning. We also build in free time where you can experience the natural flow of creative thought when you’re not “working on” a problem. This may be the most valuable part of the retreat. As a group, we will share insights that arise out of nowhere, and how important they are to mental well-being and motivation.

I was unable to see that my negative thinking and lack of control of my thoughts was not due to my failures. I came to learn that realizing I didn’t need to think about certain things at any particular time and that the issues that I thought were mine actually belonged to others. I had taken them on as my own. I was able to see this only after I stopped thinking about those things that were negative and not in the least bit helpful to me. Learning about the three principles was a god send.

“If the only thing people learned was not to be afraid of their experience, that alone would change the world.”

-Sydney Banks

While I was listening to Syd, I found myself face to face with the fact that everything in my life—every experience, every decision, every choice, and ultimately every result—was the result of the power of THOUGHT. That moment of insight removed all excuses for my rather unhealthy lifestyle.
