Judgment Doesn't Feel Good

Whether you’re being judged or you’re judging others, it’s an awful feeling..

So why do we do it?

What if it's just a habit of thinking? We know that habits can end once we’ve seen something deeper.

It's one thing to have preferences in life and another to pin our contentment on people and things showing up the way we want them to.

Check in with yourself. Do you spend more time judgment than you'd like? It's so easy to slip into that space but it isn't enjoyable - I know, I've spent tons of my valuable time judging things to be wrong or wanting people to behave differently.

Wanting something different than what is will definitely spoil a good mood.

The mind is capable of so much more when it isn't bogged down in judgment. We're designed to be creative, imaginative, and inventive.

The only thing that keeps anyone stuck in the habit of judgment is that they haven't realized a greater depth that lies beneath the surface..

This is one of the reasons I've created Mystery School. It provides participants the opportunity to find that greater depth. It's a much more pleasant space to live in.

A mind that dwells in non-judgment is a contented mind
