Immersive Retreats

Immersive retreats allow for quick leaps in awareness that far outweigh the amount of progress that can be made in weekly hour-long sessions. Those who have chosen this route have found themselves able to sustain positive changes.

Immersive retreats consist of three - four days of relaxed inquiry into the human experience, without the usual distractions from everyday life. We will meet one-on-one from two to four hours each day, depending upon what your needs are. In between this time, you will be offered appropriate resources such as video-tapes, audio-tapes and books to deepen your grounding in what you are learning.

Retreats can take place in the comfort of your own home, no matter where you live, we can meet online. There is also a local hotel option where we can meet in person or a vacation immersion in Costa Rica or an all-inclusive in the Dominican Republic. TBD.

Cost for 3 days is $1200 and 4 days is $1600
