A Six-Week Live Online Programme
Quality of Mind Connection
What becomes possible when we approach life from a higher quality of mind?
Six Thursdays · November 12 – December 17 · 2:00 pm ET / 7:00 pm UK
Have you noticed how the same circumstances can look completely different depending on the quality of your thinking?
Sometimes our thinking feels busy, complicated or overwhelming, and life seems difficult to figure out. At other times, without anything changing on the outside, our minds become quieter, our thinking becomes clearer, and suddenly we see possibilities we couldn’t see before.
The quality of our thinking has a profound influence on the quality of our experience of life.
And clarity, creativity and fresh thinking may be more naturally available than we realise.
But what if there’s something even more interesting to discover?
A different relationship with thinking
Most of us have spent a lifetime trying to figure things out.
We analyse situations, wrestle with decisions, revisit the past and imagine what might happen in the future.
And when life feels difficult, it’s natural to believe that we need to think harder, find better answers or somehow get our thinking under control.
Yet we’ve all experienced moments when the opposite seems to happen.
We stop trying so hard.
Our minds settle.
Something shifts.
An answer appears that we hadn’t considered. A situation that seemed impossible suddenly looks manageable. Or perhaps nothing changes at all, except the way we’re experiencing it.
What if a higher quality of mind isn’t something we have to create, but something that becomes more available when we understand how our experience works?
This is at the heart of Quality of Mind Connection.

Thoughts, clarity, creativity, not-knowing and what becomes possible when the mind becomes quieter.

Fresh insights, deeper understanding and a more natural way of meeting life.
Six weeks of living conversations
Explorations
Join Stef Cybichowski and Lori Carpenos for six weeks of live, interactive conversations exploring the relationship between the quality of our mind, the nature of thought and the quality of our experience of life.
Rather than teaching techniques for positive thinking or offering another set of strategies for managing your mind, we’ll explore something more fundamental.
Together, we’ll be curious about:
How the quality of our thinking shapes our experience of everyday life.
Why the same circumstances can seem so different from one moment to the next.
What gets in the way of clarity, creativity and peace of mind.
Where fresh insights come from, often when we least expect them.
What becomes possible when we stop trying so hard to figure everything out.
How a deeper understanding of mind and thought can transform our relationships with ourselves, others and life.
We’ll also share personal experiences that bring these explorations to life, making space for everyone to discover something for themselves.
There are no predetermined conclusions to reach and no particular way you’re supposed to feel.
The invitation is simply to come with an open mind and see what you discover.
The power of connection
There’s something special about exploring life’s deeper questions in the company of like-minded people.
When we listen deeply, share our experiences and look together, we often discover things we might never have seen on our own.
A simple observation from someone else can open up an entirely new perspective. A question can invite us to look beyond what we think we already know.
And sometimes, just being in a conversation where there’s nothing to prove, defend or achieve allows something fresh to emerge.
That’s why connection is such an important part of this programme.
It’s not simply about what we explore, but about what becomes possible when we explore together.
A space to discover, rather than another course to complete
Quality of Mind Connection isn’t a series of lectures or techniques to learn.
Each 90-minute session will be a living conversation, shaped by the curiosity, questions, experiences and insights of the people taking part.
There’ll be opportunities to listen, reflect, share your own experiences and explore in smaller breakout groups.
And while we’ll bring our own understanding and experience to these conversations, we’re just as interested in what we haven’t yet seen as in what we already know.
We don’t need to have all the answers.
In fact, some of the most meaningful discoveries happen when we’re willing to explore beyond what we think we know.
Who is this for?
At work
In your family
With friends
This programme is for people who are curious about the nature of their experience and sense that there may be more to discover about the mind and how life works.
You may already be familiar with the Three Principles, Deep Listening or similar explorations.
Perhaps you’ve experienced profound insights, but would love to deepen your understanding through ongoing conversation and connection.
Or perhaps you’re simply intrigued by the possibility that life could feel clearer, simpler and less effortful, without needing to change everything around you.
You don’t need to arrive with answers, special knowledge or a particular level of understanding.
Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to look.
What might become possible?
We can’t promise what anyone will discover over six weeks.
That’s part of the beauty of an exploration like this.
But as our understanding of mind and thought deepens, we may begin to experience:
✓ Greater clarity when facing uncertainty or difficult decisions.
✓ Less struggle with our own thinking.
✓ More ease and understanding in our relationships.
✓ A deeper appreciation of our natural capacity for creativity and fresh insight.
✓ More confidence in navigating life’s inevitable ups and downs.
✓ A renewed sense of connection, possibility and peace of mind.
And perhaps something we couldn’t have anticipated at the beginning.
Not necessarily a different life, but a different experience of the life we’re already living.

An invitation
You don’t have to work everything out.
You don’t have to arrive with a quieter mind, a better attitude or a clearer understanding.
And you certainly don’t have to become someone different.
Perhaps there’s simply more available to us than we realise, even in the midst of our ordinary, sometimes messy, everyday lives.
We’d love you to join us for six weeks of curiosity, discovery and meaningful connection.
